WHERE DO I SLEEP?
Convention weekend, we will be staying in hotel rooms. There will be 2 double beds in each room and 4 people assigned to one room. When you register for the weekend, you will have the opportunity to request friends who you would like to be roomed with. We do our best to make sure you are in a room with your friends.

Transportation details to Salem will be coming out after registration closes. There will be a bus travelling from Vancouver roundtrip to Salem with stops along the way and staff supervising the bus.
The cost for the bus is $75.
WHAT IS THE SUPERVISION?
We have an outstanding group of chapter advisors who come to all regional events with their USYers. We maintain a ratio of 1:10 and bring in additional staff when needed. Our advisors are always with the kids, and we take great care to make sure they are engaged in activities and safe. As the Regional Director, I am also at every convention and oversee all details of programming and staffing. Safety is my top priority. Should your child or you need anything throughout the weekend, I am available 24/7.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS OR ALLERGIES?
USY events are kosher and nut free. We also make sure that special dietary needs/allergies are addressed. There will always be food for your child. As part of registration, you will be asked questions about your child’s dietary needs. We read these forms very carefully, and make sure that there is plenty for your child to eat for every meal and snack.

There are 2 deadlines for registration. If you register between now and April 9th, you will receive the Early Bird discount. The cost for Early Bird registration is $376.
