How would you like to be acknowledged?

Acknowledgements will be sent as paper postcards 2-4 weeks after your donation is received. If you would like to receive your acknowledgement by email, please indicate this in the "extra instructions" box. Please note that if you request to remain anonymous, you will not be sent an acknowledgment card.

Acknowledgements are also separate from tax receipts. Beth Shalom sends out tax receipts each January with a list of your donations for the previous year.
