Shabbat Babysitting
Want a safe, nurturing place to leave your children while you daven on Shabbat mornings? Great babysitters provide a safe, fun playtime for children 5th grade and younger during Shabbat morning services. Note that babysitters do not handle diaper changes for younger children. This program meets from 9:45am to 12:15pm every Shabbat morning during the academic year.
Youth Minyan
At Congregation Beth Shalom’s Youth Minyan, post B’nai Mitzvah teens participate in this no adults allowed service that is led by teens. Youth Minyan gives them the opportunity to practice their synagogue skills, pray with their peers, and socialize over a delicious meal. Youth Minyan will meet 6-8 times in the 2024-2025 school year. Mark your calendars for our 2024-2025 dates: 9/14, 10/26, 12/7, 1/11, 2/1, 3/22, 5/10. We meet from 10:30-12:30 in the Beit Midrash.
