On February 25th, the 6th and 7th grade Prozdor classes will be visiting the Holocaust Center for Humanity to enrich their Holocaust Unit. The visit will begin at 5:00pm and end at 6:30pm. It will consist of a film, tour, exploring artifacts activity, and a wrap up.

Please sign the permission form below to grant permission for your child to participate in this trip. Please indicate below if your child will be meeting the group at CBS (4:30) or at the museum at 5pm. Students may be picked up at the Holocaust Center for Humanity at 6:30pm or at CBS at 7pm.

We will need 6 parent drivers/chaperons for the trip. Please also indicate if you are interested in helping with driving and chaperoning. If you are, please read and complete the attached insurance information.

*We must receive the necessary forms by Tuesday, February 18th in order for your child to participate
