Young Professionals Shakshukah Cook-Along

Hey young professionals! Let’s cook dinner together virtually! We will make a delicious shakshukah! Here are the ingredients you will need: olive oil, 1 onion, garlic, 1 bell pepper, 28oz diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and 6 eggs. You may also want other veggies to add such as eggplant, mushrooms, spinach, etc, feta cheese, and pita or other bread to soak up the deliciousness.
