POYC: Challah Birds

Lunch and a baking lesson.
The custom of making challah rolls shaped like little birds first appeared in mid-19th century Eastern Europe around the High Holidays. Learn how to make these special rolls! Each student will go home with freshly baked samples, Rochelle’s pareve challah recipe and baking directions.

The deadline to register for this event is Sunday, August 19.
Your reservation will include a CBS contribution of $18 per person or $36 dollars per person. With a $100 per person contribution, you will become a “Pleasure of Your Company Patron.” You can purchase tickets below.
